Captain's Crunch French Toast

Ingredients

• 3 large eggs
• 2 ½ tablespoons white sugar
• 1 cup heavy cream
• ½ cup 2% low-fat milk
• ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
• ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
• ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
