Caramel Apple Pie Tartlets

Ingredients

• 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
• ¹/₈ teaspoon salt
• ½ cup sugar
• 3 tablespoons fat-free caramel ice cream topping
• ½ teaspoon lemon juice
• 2 cups peeled diced cooking apple
• ¼ cup butter, softened
