Caramel Apple Salad (Sugar Free)

Ingredients

  • 1 container sugar free cool whip
  • 1 box(es) instant, sugar free butterscotch pudding
  • 1 can(s) crushed pineapple, drained (20 ounce can)
  • 3 apples, with or without peel

Mix pudding with the Cool Whip then fold in the apples and pineapple. For Weight Watchers it is 1/2 c = 2 pts. Try different versions, pudding and fruit.
