Caramel Apple Steamed Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 ¼ teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup molasses
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup packed light-brown sugar
