Caramel Apples 3

Ingredients

  • 1 can(s) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1 cup(s) granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup(s) light corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
  • ¼ cup(s) butter

Mix milk, corn syrup, sugar, and salt in heavy saucepan. Cook and stir constantly until 230° on candy thermometer. Remove from heat and cool 5 minutes. Stir in butter and vanilla. Dip apples and place on a buttered and sugared cookie sheet. Makes around 7-9 apples.
