Caramel Corn

Ingredients

  • 7 and 1/2 quarts popped popcorn
  • 2 c brown sugar
  • 1 c butter (not margarine)
  • ½ c light corn syrup
  • 1 t salt
  • 1 t baking soda

Preheat oven to 200 degrees. In a saucepan, heat butter, sugar, corn syrup and salt. Stir occasionally. When mixture comes to a full boil, cook for 5 minutes.
