Caramel Corn Ice Cream
Ingredients

- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 cups 2% reduced-fat milk
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 2 cups fresh corn kernels (about 4 ears)
- 3 tablespoons 2% reduced-fat milk
- 3 large egg yolks
