Caramel Latte Bundt Cake

Ingredients

  • ¼-½ cup powdered sugar

  • Espresso Glaze:
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream/milk

    • 4 tablespoons of butter
    • Caramel Glaze:
    • ½ cup cappuccino chips*
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • 2 tbsp instant espresso dissolved in 1 tbsp hot water

    • 1 cup buttermilk
    • ½ tsp salt
    • ¾ tsp baking soda
    • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
    • ½ cup white sugar
    • 1 ½ cups light brown sugar, packed
    • 2 cups all-purpose flour (8 oz.)
    • 8 tbsp unsalted butter, chilled and diced, plus more for the pan
