Ingredients

  • 2 cups cake flour (about 8 ounces)
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup fat-free milk
  • ½ cup egg substitute

    • 1 tablespoon cake flour
    • ¼ teaspoon salt
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 7 tablespoons butter, softened
    • ½ cup packed dark brown sugar
    • Frosting:

    • 3 tablespoons butter
    • Cooking spray
    • 1 cup packed light brown sugar

Preheat oven to 350°. To prepare cake, coat 2 (8-inch) round cake pans with cooking spray; line bottoms of pans with wax paper.
