  • 1 ½ cups whipping cream
  • 15 tablespoons water
  • 6 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
  • Assorted fresh berries
  • 1 ¾ cups whipping cream

    • Powdered sugar
    • ½ cup unsalted butter

    • 1 17.3-ounce package frozen puff pastry

Position 1 rack in top third and 1 rack in bottom third of oven and preheat to 400°F. Roll out 1 pastry sheet on lightly floured surface to 15x12-inch rectangle.
