Ingredients

  • 28 caramels
  • ¼ cup(s) butter or margarine
  • 2 tablespoon(s) half and half cream
  • 1 ½ cup(s) powdered sugar
  • 2 cup(s) miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup(s) flaked coconut
  • 1 cup(s) salted peanuts

Place caramels, butter and cream in a 2 qt. microwave safe dish. Microwave, uncovered on medium for 2 minutes; stir. Microwave 1-3 minutes more, stirring every minute until smooth.
