Caramel-Oatmeal Bars


  • 2/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour, divided
  • ¾ cup fat-free caramel-flavored syrup
  • ½ cup reduced-calorie stick margarine
  • Vegetable cooking spray
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped walnuts
  • 1 ¼ cups quick-cooking oats, uncooked

Combine oats, 1 cup flour, and sugar in a large bowl. Cut in margarine with a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal.
