  • 6 Tbs. unsalted butter, melted
  • 1⁄4 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 cup lightly salted peanuts (extra large, if available), roughly chopped
  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 3-1⁄2-oz. package plain (unbuttered natural flavor) microwave popcorn
  • 1⁄4 tsp. salt
  • 1⁄2 tsp. baking soda
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
