Caramel Pear Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch ground cloves
  • ½ cup milk
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 4 medium pears, peeled and cut into ½ inch cubes
    • ½ cup chopped pecans
    • ¾ cup brown sugar
    • ¼ cup butter
    • ¾ cup boiling water
