  • ¾ cup butter, melted
  • 1 (18.25-oz.) package yellow cake mix
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 25 caramels
  • 1 (11.5-oz.) package milk or semisweet chocolate morsels
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 ½ cups uncooked quick-cooking oats
