Ingredients

  • 3 ½ tablespoons cornstarch
  • 4 large egg yolks
  • ½ vanilla bean
  • Chocolate sorbet
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 9 phyllo pastry sheets (each about 17x13 inches)
  • 3 large firm but ripe bananas
  • + 4 more ingredients
