Caramelized Brie


  • 1 large round Brie cheese
  • 1 c packed brown sugar
  • ½ c butter
  • 1 c pecan halves

Remove the top rind of the Brie. Place the round on a baking sheet. Combine the brown sugar and butter in a saucepan. Cook until the butter melts, stirring frequently. Stir in the pecans. Spread the pecan mixture over the top of the Brie. Bake at 325F for 45 minutes. Serve with water crackers ...
