Ingredients

  • 1 large red onion
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons herbes de Provence
  • 8 1/3 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ fennel bulb
  • 18 4x1 1/2x1/4-inch slices olive bread
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 1/3 cup sour cream
    • 8 garlic cloves
    • 1 large red bell pepper
