Ingredients

  • 2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour, divided

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 5 cups thinly sliced onion (about 2 large)
  • 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

    • 2 packages dry yeast (about 4 1/2 teaspoons)
