Caramelized-Onion Lasagna with Gorgonzola Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • Cooking spray
  • ¼ cup (1 ounce) grated fresh Parmesan cheese
  • 12 cooked lasagna noodles
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons butter, divided
  • 8 cups thinly sliced onion (about 2 pounds)
