Caramelized Onion-Stuffed Baked Potato

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ cup (2 ounces) shredded Gruyère cheese, divided
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 medium baking potatoes (about 1 1/2 pounds)
  • 2 tablespoons dry sherry
  • 2 cups vertically sliced red onion
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 1 ½ teaspoons butter
    • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
    • 2 teaspoons sugar
    • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
    • 2 tablespoons reduced-fat sour cream

Pierce potatoes with a fork; arrange on paper towels in microwave oven. Microwave at high 10 minutes or until done, rearranging potatoes after 5 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.
