Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 ½ tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 mini-muffin pan with 12 (1/8-cup) muffin cups
  • 1 2 1/4-inch round cookie cutter
  • 3/8 teaspoon salt
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 3 tablespoons crème fraîche
    • 1 ½ teaspoons fresh chives
    • 2 cups onion
