Cardamom Fennel Brownies
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1 ½ cups 35-percent whipping cream
- About 1 pound/500 g white chocolate
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon fennel seeds
- 1 teaspoon cardamom seeds

- 16 ounces dark chocolate
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour, plus more for pan
