Cardamom Fennel Brownies

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces dark chocolate
  • 10 ounces butter, plus more for pan
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour, plus more for pan
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fennel powder
  • 1 teaspoon cardamom seeds

    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • About 1 pound/500 g white chocolate
    • 1 ½ cups 35-percent whipping cream
