Carob Cake And Frosting

Ingredients

• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• ¼ cup water
• ¼ cup carob powder
• 1 cup dry milk powder
• ¹/₃ cup honey
• ¼ cup butter
• 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
