Ingredients

  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1 cup (4 ounces) block-style cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup golden raisins
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup whole wheat flour

    • ¾ cup quick-cooking oats
    • 1 cup whole milk
    • Cooking spray
    • 1 ½ cups finely shredded carrot
    • Bread:
    • ½ teaspoon baking soda
    • ¾ cup packed brown sugar
    • Frosting:
    • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
    • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
    • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
    • ½ cup soy flour
    • 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
    • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
    • 1 large egg
