Cashew Cookies

Ingredients

  • Special equipment: parchment paper
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¾ stick (6 tablespoons) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/3 cup cornstarch
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
