CASHEW COOKIES 3

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup(s) sour cream
  • ¾ teaspoon(s) baking powder
  • ¾ teaspoon(s) soda
  • ½ cup(s) BUTTER (1 STICK)
  • 1 cup(s) Brown Sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon(s) salt
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
    • 2 cup(s) flour
    • 1 cup(s) cashews

Make into small balls and flatten with a fork. Bake at 325° for 10 minutes. Frost while still a little warm with: 1/2 c. butter (browned), 3 T. half & half, sour cream or hot water, about 2 c. powdered sugar. Put a cashew on top.
