Catfish Dinner

Ingredients

• 4 dressed catfish (about 2 3/4 pounds), filleted
• 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• ¼ cup butter or margarine
• 2 medium potatoes, parboiled, peeled, and thinly sliced
• 1 small onion, chopped
• Lemon slices
• ½ teaspoon pepper

Rinse fish thoroughly in cold water; pat dry. Place fish in a 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
