Ingredients

  • About 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon hot sauce, such as Tabasco
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • Sour cream, salsa, or chutney (optional)
  • 1 cauliflower (about 2 lb.), washed and broken into florets (about 1 1/2 in. each)
  • 1 tablespoon plus 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
