Cavatelli Salad

Ingredients

• ½ cup(s) toasted pine nuts
• 12 basil leaves - chiffonad
• ¼ cup(s) olive oil
• ¾ cup(s) pepper feta cheese
• 2 cup(s) baby lettuce
• 1 pound(s) cavatelli pasta - or orzo
• salt and pepper to taste
• + 3 more ingredients
• • 3 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • 3 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
  • ½ cup(s) craisins

Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and cool. Place in a large serving bowl. Drizzle with 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Toss to combine. Add the rest of the ingredients, including 1/4 cup olive oil. Toss to combine. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate.
