Cavatelli Salad
Ingredients
- ½ cup(s) toasted pine nuts
- 12 basil leaves - chiffonad
- ¼ cup(s) olive oil
- ¾ cup(s) pepper feta cheese
- 2 cup(s) baby lettuce
- 1 pound(s) cavatelli pasta - or orzo
- salt and pepper to taste
- + 3 more ingredients

- 3 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- 3 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
- ½ cup(s) craisins
Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and cool. Place in a large serving bowl. Drizzle with 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Toss to combine. Add the rest of the ingredients, including 1/4 cup olive oil. Toss to combine. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate.
