Celery Bake

Ingredients

• 4 tablespoon(s) butter
• 4 cup(s) celery, sliced thin
• 3 tablespoon(s) flour
• 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
• 1 cup(s) milk
• 1 can(s) mushrooms (3 ounce can)
• 2 tablespoon(s) green peppers, chopped
• + 3 more ingredients
• • 2 tablespoon(s) pimento, chopped
  • 1 cup(s) cheese grated
  • 1 cup(s) bread crumbs

Sauté celery in butter until tender, about 5 minutes. Push celery to one side, add flour, salt, and milk. Stir well. Cook mixture until thick. Stir in mushrooms, green peppers and pimento.
