Celery Cranberry Salad
- ½ cup(s) dried cranberries (substitute golden raisins)
- 2 tablespoon(s) chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- ¼ cup(s) vinaigrette, purchased or homemade
- ¼ cup(s) feta cheese
- 4 large stalks celery; use more if stalks are small
Wash and slice the celery thinly. Mix in the cranberries and parsley, if using. Toss with vinaigrette and top with crumbled feta cheese.
