Celery Kamikaze

Ingredients

  • 0.5 ounce(s) Cointreau or other triple sec
  • 2 ounce(s) pepper vodka
  • 0.5 ounce(s) Simple Syrup
  • Ice
  • 1 lime wedge and kosher salt
  • 1 ounce(s) celery juice
  • 1 ounce(s) fresh lime juice

Moisten half of the outer rim of a coupe with the lime wedge and coat lightly with salt. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add all of the remaining ingredients; shake well. Strain into the prepared coupe.
