  • ¼ cup dry sherry
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • Extra-virgin olive oil
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 2 pounds squid or baby octopus
    • 1 teaspoon paprika
    • ½ teaspoon salt
