Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons freshly grated Pecorino Romano or Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 ounces Italian Genoa salami
  • 1 bunch Swiss chard (about 10 ounces)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 6 large eggs
  • ¼ teaspoon coarse kosher salt
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
    • 1 medium onion
