Chargrilled sweetcorn and halloumi with garlic and lemon butter


  • ½ cob sweetcorn
  • 100g/3½oz halloumi cheese, thickly sliced
  • 55g/2oz butter
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ lemon, juice only
