Charred Heirloom Tomatoes with Fresh Herbs
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves
- 5 tablespoons (about) extra-virgin oil
- 4 large firm heirloom tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons fresh oregano leaves
