Charred Squid Salad with Mustard Greens and Roasted-Garlic Dressing Recipe


  • 3 heads of garlic
  • ½ cup plus 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • Kosher salt
  • 1 pink or Ruby Red grapefruit
