  • 4 cups matchstick-size strips chayote
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 2 teaspoons fresh cilantro
  • 2 teaspoons Latin Spice Mix
  • 9 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 poblano chili
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 1/3 cup Sherry wine vinegar
