  • 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup 2% milk
  • ½ cup shredded low fat cheddar cheese (about 2 oz.)
  • 1-½ tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 box (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
  • ¼ cup plain dry bread crumbs
