Cheddar Dogs with Cider-Braised Leeks and Apples

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons butter
• 2 cups leeks
• ½ teaspoon caraway seeds
• 1 apple
• Pinch of ground allspice
• Coarse kosher salt
