Cheese-Garlic Biscuits

Ingredients

  • ½ cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 cups all-purpose baking mix

    • 1 1/3 cups milk

    • ½ cup butter or margarine, melted
    • 4 cups all-purpose baking mix

Stir together baking mix, milk, and shredded Cheddar cheese until a soft dough forms.Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto a lightly greased baking sheet.Bake at 450° for 6 to 8 minutes or until golden.Stir together melted butter, minced parsley, and garlic powder; brush over warm biscuits.
