Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups matzo meal
  • ¼ cup fresh dill
  • 3 cups small-curd cottage cheese (4% milkfat)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill
  • 1 pound medium asparagus
  • 4 large eggs
