Cheese Matzo Blintzes with Asparagus and Dill

- 3 cups small-curd cottage cheese (4% milkfat)
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill
- 2 ½ cups whole milk
- 4 large eggs
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 pound medium asparagus
