  • 2 pound(s) broccoli (stalks removed, heads cut into small florets)
  • 1 ½ pound(s) frozen cheese tortellini
  • 3 plum tomatoes (seeded and diced)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 garlic cloves (thinly sliced)

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add broccoli and garlic; season with salt & pepper.
