Ingredients

  • 1 large egg white
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • ¼ teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 2 tablespoons currant jelly
  • 1 ¼ cups sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 4 cups nonfat yogurt cheese
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 2/3 cup graham cracker crumbs
    • 1 ½ teaspoons grated lemon peel
    • 1 cup raspberries, rinsed and drained dry
    • 3 large eggs, separated
    • 1 ½ tablespoons melted butter or margarine

1. Combine crumbs and melted butter. Pat evenly over bottom of an 8-inch cheesecake pan (at least 3 1/2 in. deep) with removable rim. 2.
