  • ½ cup water
  • Cooking spray
  • 3 large egg whites, divided
  • Cheesecake:
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt, divided

    • 4 cups sliced strawberries (about 1 1/2 pounds)
    • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
    • 1 ½ cups sugar
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    • Sauce:
    • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
    • 20 reduced-calorie vanilla wafers
    • 2 (8-ounce) blocks 1/3-less-fat cream cheese, softened
    • 4 large eggs
    • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
    • ½ cup (4 ounces) block-style fat-free cream cheese, softened
    • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
    • ½ cup sugar
