Cheesy Cauliflower, Potato and Bacon Casserole

Ingredients

  • 3 large potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 head cauliflower, chopped
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 red pepper, diced fine
  • 3 scallions, diced fine
  • 1 medium onion, dice fine
