Cheesy Hash Brown Casserole 2


  • 2 cup(s) shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 1 cup(s) sliced onion
  • 1 ¼ pound(s) frozen hash browns
  • 4 strips bacon, cooked
  • 1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
  • ¼ cup(s) chopped green onion
  • 1 can(s) warm water

Preheat oven to 425°. In a large bowl mix soup and water. Add hash browns, onion, green onion, and 1 cup of shredded cheese. Mix well. Put into a 9 x 13" baking dish and top with 1 cup cheddar cheese. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes. Top with bacon.
