Cheesy Hashbrown Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 frozen bag (2 lbs hashbrowns, southern style
- onion finely diced (medium)
- 8 ounce(s) Sour Cream
- 8 ounce(s) diced ham
- 12 ounce(s) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can(s) cream of potato soup
- 1 can(s) Campbells cheddar cheese soup
Mix in a bowl and pour into non greased 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Bake covered with foil at 350° for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 30 minutes.
