Cheesy Hashbrown Casserole


  • 1 frozen bag (2 lbs hashbrowns, southern style
  • onion finely diced (medium)
  • 8 ounce(s) Sour Cream
  • 8 ounce(s) diced ham
  • 12 ounce(s) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can(s) cream of potato soup
  • 1 can(s) Campbells cheddar cheese soup

Mix in a bowl and pour into non greased 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Bake covered with foil at 350° for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 30 minutes.
