Cheesy Mashed Potatoes with Bacon Bits
- Kosher salt and black or white pepper to taste
- 2 pound(s) white or golden potatoes (thin skinned)
- ½ cup(s) milk
- ½ cup(s) cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoon(s) bacon bits
- 2 tablespoon(s) butter
